Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using RankRocket you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. RankRocket is operated by Strontium Technologies.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Authorisation to crawl

This one matters. By submitting a URL you confirm you own the site or are authorised by its owner to have it analysed. You must not use RankRocket to crawl sites you have no relationship with, and you accept responsibility for any claim arising from a site you submitted without authorisation.

Our crawler respects robots.txt and makes a reasonable effort to crawl politely.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service to overload, attack or disrupt any website, including your own
• Attempt to breach, probe or reverse engineer the service or access accounts that aren't yours
• Resell or redistribute RankRocket output as your own product except under an Agency plan that permits it
• Use the service for anything unlawful

Service availability

RankRocket is under active development and provided as is. We don't offer an uptime guarantee, and features may change, move or be withdrawn. We may suspend accounts that place unreasonable load on the platform or breach these terms.

Recommendations are advice, not guarantees

Our findings are generated by automated analysis and, in places, by an AI model. Search rankings depend on many factors outside our visibility and entirely outside our control. We do not guarantee any improvement in ranking, traffic or revenue. Review recommendations before applying them to a production site — you remain responsible for changes you make.

Payment

Paid plans are not yet available. When billing launches, pricing, renewal and refund terms will be published and these terms updated before any charge is made. Nothing on the pricing page constitutes an offer to sell today.

Intellectual property

We own the RankRocket software, brand and interface. You own your website content and the data you submit. You grant us the licence needed to process that data in order to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, RankRocket and Strontium Technologies are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. The sections on intellectual property, liability and authorisation survive termination.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use afterwards means you accept the revision.
